yaeh I agree - some Czech beers are "too bitter" for someone...but still you cannot make a mistake with Budvar or Pislner Urquel.

Which city is best european city? (03/05/2010)
|
True The South is the real thing but I must see I love Barcelona ass well :). If you want to travel to a big city in the world with allot of things to offer then Barcelona would be a good choise or Berlin. If you rather like the roustique old villages the south of Spain would be better :). For the Big cities I recently found a website were they offer apartments against cheap prices. http://tlink.as/DFforoen01
Anyone knows more websites like this or the opposite, for the little villages or ...

PRAGUE! (03/04/2010)
|
I stayed on the border of the old town and the new. It was about 10-12 minutes to the old town square which I would call the hub of the old town. I stayed in Caesar's Palace (not the one in Vegas) and it ws 4*, very comfortable and a good buffet breakfast. We booked through lastminute.com.
A long weekend was long enough for me to do everything we wanted to do. I recommend the Jazz boat trip down the river. Food was very good but portions small, but was a great experience even if you are not a ...

Maybe now it's time to try Romania. In Romania, one euro is 4.2 ron. In 2008 it was 3.5 RON. :) For example, for 7 days spent in Romania has to spend around 700 eur..

Cruise to St Petersburg Russia-land tour or on your own? (03/03/2010)

How about a ship cruise instead? I'd fancy a trip into the famous "white nights" along the Neva river, just the way Peter the Great intended when he founded "Venice of the North"..

how costly is Prague? (03/02/2010)

pickpockets are almost in every bigger city. Prague is known for expensive taxis (or better say that taxis are sometimes more expensive for visitors than for Czech people) and of course you have to be careful of your things..

Hydra - Greece (02/22/2010)
|
My wife and I stayed 5 nights in the Aphrodite room at Phaedra Hotel. I was in Hydra for a meeting that was held at the larger Bratsera Hotel. Phaedra is a beautiful small hotel. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is simple but delightful. Hilda knows at least 5 languages and she provided good guidance regarding restaurants and activities. The room has a kitchenette and the hotel is a short walk from markets. There is no pool. Hydra is a low key and charming destination for relaxating, walking, ...

In Europe, which places are suitable for travel wedding? (02/09/2010)

I know Italy gets quite a lot of overseas marriages. If the actual wedding is to be overseas make sure your friend checks out all the regulations conerning making a formal recognised wedding there. There can be quite a few hoops to jump through depending on the country..

anyone planning to travel to eastern Ukraine? (02/09/2010)
|
Hi, Manteli!
That's great that you have an opportunity to visit my beautiful country!
You must have already searched for loads of information about Ukrainian places but what I offer you is really unusual and exitable.
I'm sure you'd love to visit a small town Khotyn, Chernivtsi Oblast, Western Ukraine, at about 150 km from the border with Poland.
In this very place, not far from the Carpathian mountains, on the picturesque bank of the Dniester river, behind century-old walls of Khotyn fortress ...

Pub Crawl in Sofia (01/30/2010)

You've been busy here spamming about your Sofia tours, Hostesses, and strippers (we call those "prostitutes".
Pity you didn't read the warning on advertising in the forums.,,much less think about how inappropriate they are for this forum.
Not even your pretty hostesses can help you now.

Need your advice!!! (01/22/2010)

I think you waited too long to ask your question. You're posting from the Ukraine.
Had you followed the link "a word of warning about advertising in the forums" and followed the link for those with travel sites, you would have found the following:
DON'T try and trick the system. Asking questions that you later answer yourself with a plug for your own company, and suchlike, have all been tried before... and resulted in instant bans. There is nothing we haven't already seen - believe me, and ...

Poland deluxe (01/20/2010)

Mamaison Le Regina Hotel they claim to be the only hotel located in the Old Town. Not a bad option. Everything is of rather high standard. Just ignore the fact that they allow smokers to light'em up just near the breakfast buffet.

The Hotel Rialto Warsaw's first boutique hotel, (or at least so they say). Nice rooms, although they need to re-think the bathroom door, (I stayed in one of the larger art dco suites with two doors leading to the bathroom). ...
